We offer unique and rewarding team building and corporate leadership development days in the heart of King's Cross, London, as well as from our campsite on Pertwood Organic Farm in Wiltshire. Our corporate away days focus on participants exploring visions of leadership that make a positive difference to themselves and to our future, whilst developing a deeper connection with the local community and the natural world. Our experience shows that this is novel, challenging, enjoyable and rewarding for participants.
Here’s some that we've done already
Guardian 'New Starter Sustainability Days'
Each year new starters to the Guardian spend a day in the Skip Garden to embed sustainability in their everyday work. They plant, cook and make in the garden and reflect on how they will bring the values experienced by working together back to the office.
Eurostar 'Leadership Development Days'
The purpose of these days is to explore visions of leadership in the context of developing deeper connection with the whole business, with the local community and with the natural world. Through a process of hands on doing and reflection using nature as inspiration, participants step out of their often fragmented ways of working to connect with each other and their wider environment. See case study.
Kier 'Sustainability Training for Junior Managers'
What if the construction company were an army for good? Global Generation is offering a hands-on programme of experiential learning delivered at Global Generation’s campsite on Pertwood Farm in Wiltshire and in London in the King’s Cross Skip Garden. Initiated by Kier and Bam Nuttall. The aim of the programme is to grow a body of sustainability champions within the construction industry.
