gardens and community facilitator
While studying History at university Emma felt drawn to environmental causes. She worked for the Open Air Laboratories, on nature reserves, in a natural history library, and has an ever-expanding curiosity for collaborative work to bring about environment change.
Having been an active gardener ever since Emma could hold a trowel she found herself as Garden Intern for Global Generation. She is now working as a Gardens and Community Facilitator in the Skip Garden and Paper Garden and with local schools and communities, aiming to spark and nurture the human passion for the natural world that can surround us all – even in the middle of the developing King's Cross and Canada Water sites.
