Veronica's passion for food, campaigning for action to tackle climate change, and community development has conveniently led her to Global Generation.  She comes to us having studied law and having engaged in several initiatives, such as Transition Edinburgh University, Woodcraft Folk's Face Your Elephant, and Edinburgh University's People and Planet, aimed at raising awareness of climate change and the ways in which our choices, as individuals and communities, play a significant role in the problem and, inevitably, the solution.

Her experiences combined with the joy she gets from experimenting with new flavours and finding out the stories behind our food makes cooking at the Skip Garden Kitchen, on the hobs of the Skip Garden bike to sell food at the market, or at a Pertwood Camping trip with young generators, her ideal job!
