About the class: This class is a combination of alignment-based flow yoga in graceful, mindful sequences, along with longer held postures. Each class is designed around a theme, with a focus on the breath, to create space in the body and quieten the mind.
About the teacher: Ariadne Kapsali is a yoga teacher, certified coach and mental health professional. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 11 years and has extensive experience in the NHS working with people with anxiety, stress and depression, as well as physical health conditions. Her classes are a blend of hatha, vinyasa, meditation and breath work.
