Enjoy seasonal ingredients, in a green paradise in the city. Food cooked with passion and flair created with seasonal, British vegetables, showcasing a conscientious, more sustainable way to eat.

The menu, like London where the event will take place takes influence from all of the wonderful cultures and flavours that make this world city the vibrant place it is to live, grow and eat. On the menu could be (depending on when the ground tells us they are ready) – asparagus, basil, broccoli, carrots, chervil, chives, coriander, dill, jersey royals, mint, nasturtium, oregano, parsley, peas, radishes, rhubarb, rocket, samphire, sorrel, spinach, spring onions, tarragon, watercress, wild nettles.’

The evening will be hosted by Mark Breen. Mark’s passion for food was ignited in Ashburton, Devon where beautiful produce is close to hand. Training as a chef with beautiful local and seasonal produce on his doorstep from the moors and by the coast helped to shape his whole food philosophy of cooking seasonal and local produce with love.

Since returning to the capital Mark has gained experience in some of the cities best restaurants (including St John’s and Lyle’s). Mark now runs Always Hungry – private chef services, collaborates with others for delicious tasting experiences such as this one and teaches cooking for Made in Hackney and Central Street Cookery School.
