Nicole Van Den Eijnde

Nicole started her career in training and development.  She then went on to work on community development projects in Latin America, followed by an MA in Education and International Development at the Institute of Education researching Latin America's working children's movement and young people’s participation.

In the UK, she has spent the last ten years running local, national and international youth and community programmes.  Her work has focused on training and supporting young people to bring about social and environmental change in organisations such as We Are What We Do, Changemakers and Voices for Change.

Having always loved being in nature, she became increasingly interested in involving people in wild nature and food growing in the middle of the city, as well as working at a more local level and developing deeper relationships with the community.  This is how she found Global Generation where she has been working since 2010.
