Yoga is for everyone! Whether you are an absolute beginner or have attended some classes and want to revisit the basics, this course is for you.
During the course you will be introduced to key postures from each of the main groups including standing poses, forward bends, back bends, twists and simple inversions.
Throughout the course we will be focussing on breath awareness and safe alignment to give you a solid foundation to continue your yoga practice.
