Kofi Siaw is VP of Early Stage Banking at HSBC Innovation Banking, where he works with VC-backed founders across the UK. Alongside his professional work, Kofi is a long-time advocate for young people particularly those in the hardest to reach communities, having supported organisations at both local and national level to create greater access and opportunity. As a Trustee at Global Generation, he brings that same commitment to connecting young people with the tools, spaces, and experiences they need to grow.
