Events and Communications assistant
I practically grew up with Global Generation having started out on the youth Generator programme at the age of 14. When I first joined, I was far from an outdoorsy type – I hated the cold, would squeal at the sight of even the tiniest insect, and spent most of my time indoors playing video games. Even so, with every visit to the garden I found myself opening up more and becoming more confident. Since then, I’ve become a big advocate for community and third space across, merging my love of pop-culture, storytelling, and mythology to study Classics (and Japanese) at University. Now, nearly a decade later, I’m excited to return as the new Events and Communications Assistant.
